Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a dynamic IT team supporting business-critical systems. This role combines project work and application support, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that drive efficiency and performance.

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a dynamic IT team supporting business-critical systems. This role combines project work and application support, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions in SAP FI/CO and related components
- Support the design and implementation of application solutions aligned with business needs
- Analyse functional requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation
- Participate in testing activities (planning, execution, validation)
- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot incidents
- Collaborate with outsourcing partners to resolve issues and manage change requests
- Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across projects
- Contribute to IT strategy, architecture, and development standards
- Plan and support change management activities, including user communication and training
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Promote best practices in security, health, and safety
- Strong experience with SAP FI/CO modules
- Experience in SAP configuration and implementation projects
- Ability to analyse business requirements and design functional solutions
- Experience with testing, support, and incident resolution
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SWIFT
- Experience with Blue Prism
- Experience with SAP RE (Real Estate module)
- English: Professional working proficiency
- Portuguese: Preferred
