As a SAP FICO Business Analyst at Applied Medical, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful solutions across our Finance & Controlling applications. In this role, you will work closely with various departments and collaborate globally to design, implement, and maintain innovative systems that support our business objectives. With your expertise, you will enable seamless processes and efficient solutions for our Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring our systems adapt to the evolving needs of Applied Medical.
You will be part of the Business Analyses team at our European Head office in Amersfoort (NL) and report to the Manager Applications.
Key Responsibilities
Gathering requirements and performing solution design, development, testing, and implementation of systems within the SAP Finance & Controlling applications area.
Collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams to understand their needs and delivering tailored designs, configurations, and implementations.
Supporting enterprise systems and Finance-related business processes, providing documentation, test scripts, and risk mitigation strategies.
Leading the adoption of the latest software technologies, ensuring system validation, and introducing innovations that drive business value.
Identifying improvement opportunities in financial systems and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Functie-eisen:
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP FICO module on projects in a functional and technical capacity
Experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash Management/Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing and Project Systems)
Experience with SAP BPC
Integration experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, and SAP PP
The following skills and attributes are preferred
Experience with vendor invoice management applications, such as Open Text VIM or equivalent
Integration experience with SAP Concur
SAP Certification in FICO Module
Experience with One Source Tax by Thomason Reuters external tax system or equivalent
Experience with software validation
Experience with a Life Sciences company
Experience with SAP S4 HANA 1809 or higher
Experience working in an FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environment
