Responsibilities

• You will be part of a project team with responsibilities ranging from shaping a client's future-ready SAP finance roadmap, to (re)designing and optimizing the finance business processes in SAP to eventually implementing the solution.
• As SAP FI-CO (Senior) Manager, you will be the key player in major SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for our clients. In this role, you will support them to connect the dots between the digital world and their core finance processes.
• Designing a fit-for-purpose future SAP Finance landscape and supporting the transformation journey to the desired state. This includes understanding business processes, the latest developments, and benefits of the S/4HANA digital core and other SAP Finance Transformation solutions (e.g., Central Finance).
• Demonstrate strong delivery skills to translate plans into action with Accenture teams worldwide.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to connect business needs with new technologies and guide clients to select and implement the right technologies to transform their businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or master's degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch communication and interpersonal skills.
• More than 10 years of experience in the SAP Finance Transformation field.
• Strong ability to build lasting business relationships and act as a self-starter in a client environment.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance; certification is an advantage.
• Experience in digital (ERP) transformations and in at least one full project lifecycle.
• Ability to assess current state, identify requirements, and define future state or business solution.
• Experience analyzing finance processes and designing processes/systems based on S/4HANA capabilities.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA domain-specific certification.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
