Job Vacancy: SAP EC Consultant (Time Off Module) - Contract Position

Start Date: December '25 or January '26 Latest
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Amsterdam (On-site 1 day per week)
Workload: Flexible to consider full or part time candidates (3-5 days per week)
Languages: Dutch (mandatory) & English

About the Role

We are seeking an SAP Employee Central (EC) Consultant with proven experience in the Time Off sub-module to join our customer, a market leader in the HR/Payroll sector, in a support-focused role. You will handle roadmap changes, provide expert guidance, and ensure smooth process continuity across the HR landscape on their continuous improvement project.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver support and enhancements within SAP EC, specifically the Time Off module.
• Manage and implement updates aligned with the client's HR roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address system issues or improvement requests.
• Ensure best practices are applied across module configurations.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2-3 full life cycle SAP EC implementations (Time Off module included).
• Strong functional understanding of SAP EC Time Off.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Hands-on support experience within large or complex environments.
• Seniority level is flexible; strong module knowledge is more important than senior title.
