SAP EAM Lead Consultant (Enterprise Asset Management) - Remote and Mechelen or Melle - Dutch speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP EAM Lead Consultant.

For this role you will need to be onsite in Melle or Mechelen 1 day per week.

Description:

- Solution Design: collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, design and implement effective SAP EAM solutions that align with business objectives and best practices, based on SAP's on-premise and cloud portfolio of solutions

- Project Leadership: lead EAM tracks and projects, overseeing the entire project life cycle, ensuring high quality delivery according to client expectations, but also timely and within budget

- System Configuration: keep in touch with the system and support our EAM team to configure and customize SAP to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes in or out of SAP

- Team Management: manage and mentor a team of EAM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success

Worklocation is Belgium (Melle/Mechelen), 1d/week mandatory onsite
