Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP Expert with deep experience in setting up and managing the EDOC_COCKPIT module for Document compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our EDOC_COCKPIT/SAP DRC solutions within our SAP environment, ensuring we are fiscal compliant in the different countries.

Tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Lead the setup of a country configuration, and administration of SAP DRC solutions including the EDOC_COCKPIT solution in SAP.
• Knowledge within areas of Outgoing invoices, incoming invoices, E-archive, E-delivery, E-ledger.
• Search for key notes in the area and keep track of relevant changes within a country.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure EDOC_COCKPIT documents align with organizational needs.
• Provide expert-level guidance on the integration of EDOC_COCKPIT with CPI, DRC, PEPPOL.
• Troubleshoot issues related to EDOC_COCKPIT, perform root cause analysis, and apply corrective actions.
• Manage the ongoing support for system upgrades for the EDOC_COCKPIT setup.
• Work closely with Scrum Master, Product Owners, peer Functional Consultants, ABAP developers and Integration team.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and related SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing support for EDOC_COCKPIT issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist in training and mentoring internal teams and stakeholders on EDOC_COCKPIT functionality.

We are looking for a new colleague who can say yes to:

• +3 years of SAP functional consulting experience working with SAP DRC with focus on e-documents incl. configuration, implementation of SAP Notes and functional specifications for development.
• Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant IT education
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Can work independently and with high diligence
