We're supporting a global SAP customer looking for an experienced SAP DMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join an established support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex production issues while combining functional SAP DMS expertise with light technical development work. The role is primarily focused on incident management, troubleshooting, SAP integrations and ensuring smooth document processing across integrated systems.

The position is fully remote and open to consultants based within the EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support for SAP DMS incidents
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve SAP DMS issues
• Support SAP document management processes and integrated document management solutions (EndScale)
• Monitor and validate XML message generation and processing
• Investigate interface issues between SAP and external systems
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate findings to business stakeholders
• Execute functional, regression and integration testing
• Support SAP document interfaces and document processing
• Deliver minor SAP enhancements and developments (approximately 20% of workload)
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to improve system stability

Required Experience

? Strong SAP DMS experience

? SAP Document Management support experience

? SAP integration knowledge

? XML messaging and interface troubleshooting

? Incident management & production support

? Root cause analysis

? Functional & integration testing

? Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have

• Basic ABAP debugging
• Small SAP developments
• Experience with EndScale or similar document management solutions

• 80% SAP DMS support, incident investigation & troubleshooting
• 20% SAP development & enhancements
