SAP DMS Consultant

For a client of Eswelt, we are currently seeking an experienced freelance SAP DMS Consultant to support the implementation of an SAP S/4HANA Document Management System (DMS). In this role, you will be responsible for customizing, configuring, migrating, and testing the SAP DMS solution as part of the client's ERP migration program to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collection of business requirements and develop the corresponding functional specifications for the SAP S/4HANA DMS implementation.
• Configure and customize the SAP DMS and establish the document structure within the S/4HANA system.
• Manage the integration, installation, and configuration of the SAP DMS application component with other core SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Support migration activities and testing to ensure a successful implementation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with SAP Document Management System (DMS) implementation on S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in configuring SAP Workflows.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management or other ERP modules utilizing SAP DMS.
• Familiarity with IT security compliance and best practices.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP ECTR and SAP PLM Cloud.
