Freelance SAP CRM Functional Consultant - Hybrid (Madrid-Based)

Senovo IT is currently looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to support one of our key clients in Spain on a freelance basis. This is a functional role focused on process design, configuration, and stakeholder engagement across SAP CRM modules.

The position is primarily remote, but the consultant must be available to go on-site in Madrid once per week or every other week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP CRM functional designs
• Configure and support SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
• Work within CRM Web UI, Interaction Center, and customer service scenarios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to improve CRM usability and performance
• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR)
• Support integration with other SAP components (ECC, BI) and third-party tools

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting
• Deep knowledge of SAP CRM Web UI, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center
• Familiar with GDPR features and best practices in CRM environments
• Understanding of business processes in Retail, Utilities, or Public Sector is a plus
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent in Spanish, with a good command of English
• Must be based in Spain or able to travel to Madrid once a week or biweekly
