Overview

We are supporting the build-out of a high-priority SAP Centre of Excellence and are looking for an experienced SAP CPQ Consultant to join on a long-term contract.

This role will focus on supporting and enhancing an existing SAP S/4HANA landscape, with strong involvement in CPQ, variant configuration, and integration within a discrete manufacturing (config-to-order) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions
• Work across the SAP S/4HANA landscape, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to testing and cutover phases of ongoing S/4HANA programmes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
• Support variant configuration (AVC) and complex product modelling
• Work within SAP Activate methodology frameworks
• Engage with cross-functional teams across Europe

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with SAP CPQ
• Strong expertise in Advanced Variant Configurator (AVC)
• Proven design + implementation experience, plus AMS/support exposure
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, ideally within a RISE deployment model
• Experience in testing and cutover phases
• SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred
• Familiarity with:
  • SAP Cloud ALM
  • SAP Signavio
  • LeanIX
  • WalkMe
• Experience with JIRA is a plus
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Background in Discrete Manufacturing
• Experience in low volume, high margin/Configure-to-Order environments
