SAP HANA/Basis Consultant - (Junior & Senior) - Consulting Role (CET Hours)

We are looking for experienced SAP HANA/Basis Consultants to join our consulting team and support global clients across multi system SAP landscapes in complex environments. You will deliver high-quality SAP technical services from installation to operations and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade SAP systems (ECC, BI, Fiori, TM, GRC, HANA, etc.)
• Perform SAP HANA administration including HA, replication, performance tuning, and backups
• Monitor and optimize SAP system performance and database operations (Oracle & HANA)
• Manage SAP transport system, backups, restores, and system copies
• Administer SAP Security (roles, users, authorizations) and troubleshoot incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide documentation and SOPs
• Support incident management and problem resolution in client environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong SAP Basis and SAP HANA administration background
• Experience with SAP installations, migrations, upgrades, and landscape operations
• Solid database knowledge (Oracle & HANA) and Linux/Windows admin experience
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to work with clients and technical teams

Languages:

• Fluent English (required)

Preferred:

• SAP certifications (e.g., Basis, HANA)
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments
