Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Client Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for the delivery of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) for a strategic client engagement.

This is a senior, client-facing delivery leadership role, responsible for service performance, customer success, and commercial outcomes, with a strong focus on SAP Cloud, S/4HANA transformation, and Hybris.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer across all SAP ECS services
• Own end-to-end service delivery accountability, including SLA performance and overall engagement outcomes
• Serve as the single escalation point for all delivery, operational, and service-related issues
• Ensure seamless alignment across SAP internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
• Govern Premium Partner-delivered services where applicable, requiring strong delivery and project oversight
• Drive customer success, ensuring services deliver measurable business value
• Actively support the client's cloud and S/4HANA transformation journey, including standardisation and adoption
• Identify service improvement and upsell opportunities, working closely with SAP Sales teams
• Mitigate commercial risk, including avoidance of service credits
• Provide optional support during pre-sales phases to shape sustainable future engagements
• Oversee services that include a SAP Hybris scope

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a SAP Client Delivery Manager or Service Delivery Manager
• Strong understanding of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) and cloud delivery models
• SAP Basis administration knowledge (governance and oversight level; not hands-on)
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-scale client engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate with senior client and executive stakeholders
• Fluent French required, professional English essential

Working Model

• Hybrid working model: split between remote work and onsite presence in Paris
• Onsite attendance required based on client needs
