SAP Change Manager - Spanish Speaking. Pamplona, Spain. Hybrid Assignment (50% Remote per Month). Onsite Expenses Paid. Start Date: 1st July 2026 (Flexible). 9 Month Contract (with likely extension). END-CLIENT!

Our end-client based in Pamplona, Spain, requires an SAP Change Manager to assist with their ongoing SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project.

Role Overview:
The Business Change & Transformation Manager/Business Process Lead plays a central role in driving business transformation, process optimization, and change adoption during the SAP S/4HANA implementation program (prior S/4HANA experience is not needed) across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Transformation Leadership

  • Drive alignment between global process standards and local operational needs in Pamplona.

2. Change Management & Business Readiness

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Plan encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
  • Conduct business impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Build and manage a network of change champions to support transformation across business areas.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to ensure end-user readiness for go-live.
  • Track and measure business adoption and readiness progress through defined KPIs.

3. Business Process Ownership, Mapping, & Design

  • Act as the Business Process coordinator, responsible for defining, optimizing, and documenting key business processes across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Coordinate the validation of documentation and ensure proper governance and change control.

4. Business Process Improvements

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track benefits realization, measuring improvements in productivity, cycle times, and data quality.
  • Ensure lessons learned and improvements are incorporated into ongoing process governance.

5. Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as the key liaison between business process owners, project teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Provide regular communication on transformation progress, key decisions, and change impacts.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment across business units and program teams.
  • Support governance boards and steering committees with insights and recommendations.

6. Value Realization & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key transformation KPIs, linking process and performance improvements to business outcomes.

7.Training coordination

  • Identify user training needs and coordinate the development of training materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track the training schedule to ensure effective delivery and completion reporting.
  • Coordinate content owners, trainers and users from different countries and teams.

8. Communication

  • Define the communication plan for the project
  • Define audiences, key messages, templates and channels
  • Execute, launch all project communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in business transformation, process improvement, or change management roles within ERP implementation projects
  • Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs as a Business Change Manager or Business Process Lead.
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping and modelling tools, (or ARIS, BPMN, Visio, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise training management.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales).
  • Experience identifying and delivering business process improvements and driving adoption of new processes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Languages:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish

Nice to have but not mandatory:

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery approaches
  • Exposure to data governance, testing, and process performance analytics.

  • Timely delivery of change and process milestones
  • Positive stakeholder and user satisfaction feedback

Remote Hybrid Work:

  • You must be onsite 50% per month. Ideally 50% per week or 1 week onsite/1 week remote is acceptable.
  • The client will cover your onsite travel expenses.

Work Load:

  • Full time assignment, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
  • 8 hours per day
  • Normal core business hours of 08:00 - 18:00.
