SAP BW ABAP Datasphere Consultant

RED are currently seeking 1 SAP BW consultant with ABAP and Datasphere experience to join a long-term project based remotely.

Contract length: until the end of the year
Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data models and ETL/ELT processes on SAP BW powered by HANA to support business analytics
• Write efficient ABAP code within the S/4HANA environment to enhance data processing capabilities
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP DataSphere and BW platforms through rigorous validation
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP HANA systems to maintain optimal operation
• Collaborate within a cross-functional teams, engaging with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with client managers and development teams to align deliverables
• Support ongoing maintenance, refactoring, and continuous delivery of new functionalities and system improvements

Requirements

• Proficient in SAP BW with strong expertise in SAP HANA, ABAP, BDC, and SAP DataSphere integration
• Skilled in designing and optimizing complex ETL/ELT workflows tailored for SAP environments
• Experienced in managing large-scale, Real Time data processing and analytics within SAP systems
• Capable of independently handling technical research, solution design, and performance troubleshooting
• Demonstrates high maturity in decision-making, task prioritising, and adapting to evolving project requirements
