Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 + Benefits

Overview

A well-established business is looking for an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant to join their growing team in Newcastle. This role will focus on supporting and improving the company's SAP B1 environment while working closely with end users across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for SAP Business One

  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user queries

  • Assist with reporting, configuration, and system improvements

  • Work with users to improve business processes

  • Support upgrades and ERP-related projects

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)

  • ERP support experience

  • SQL/reporting knowledge beneficial

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
