Job Description

RED now has a new contract opportunity for an SAP Business Analyst to join one of our key partners for an ECC-S4 HANA transformation. The initial contract will be for 6 monthswith a scope for 12 months.

This contract is to start beginning of April and will be hybrid with 2 days per week on-site in Budapest.

About role:

This role is primarily focused on project delivery, with around 60% of the workload dedicated to leading and supporting transformation initiatives across Front Office and service domains. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into system requirements, lead workshops, and define both current and future-state processes. A key part of the role involves supporting digital platforms such as Pricing, Quotation, and CPQ, ensuring solutions follow scalable best practices and reference models.

Approximately 40% of the role involves post-go-live hypercare, where you help stabilize new solutions, address early issues, and guide teams through the transition. While there is a dedicated RUN support organization for long-term support, the hypercare period in this environment is extended and functions similarly to operational support.

Specific skills/experience required:

    • 5 years of experience with Business Analysis
    • University/engineering degree (business/technical focus)
    • 3+ years of experience in SAP
    • Strong experience with modules SD/CS/PS
    • Strong experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications
    • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, integration (API, EDI) or Oracle ERP
    • Background working in complex international environments (collab with tech team/PM/subcontractor/business key users)
    • Excellent communication skills with English
    • Able to join beginning of April
