Regional BPO - SAP Transformation (UNIFY Programme)
Location: Hungary (Budapest - hybrid, 2 days onsite initially)
Contract: 6-12 months + extensions
Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Process Owner (BPO) to support a major SAP transformation programme (UNIFY). The role will focus on driving business transformation and process readiness across regional sites to ensure successful deployment.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, site leadership, and digital teams to align operations with core processes and support programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation and process readiness across regional sites

• Ensure business pre-requisites are in place prior to deployment

• Drive transformation initiatives with site managers and business leaders

• Prepare and facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops

• Coordinate closely with digital and programme delivery teams

• Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities

• Capture, document, and share best practices across sites

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong business process expertise within SAP environments

• Experience supporting SAP transformation or S/4HANA programmes

• Proven background in change management and stakeholder engagement

• Experience running Fit-to-Template workshops

• Strong training, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work across business and digital delivery teams
