SAP BODS Developer - Remote - Freelance

Our client is looking for an Experienced SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) migration resource able to support all data services needs in an SAP MDG customer/supplier/material/finance environment:

- Location: Remote (Europe based, occasional travel at critical milestones)

- Duration: 12 months (plus extension)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a migration environment that results in no/minimal data discrepancies for project go-live
- Support data profiling and cleanse requirements for Bunge acquisitions and incorporation into the MDG system
- Assist MDG project and EDM Governance teams with timely, effective solutions for ad-hoc profiling and data maintenance
- Assist the EDM Governance team with BO Information Steward technical support
- Support of migration and reconciliation issues/processes

Design and develop Data Services job flows to extract/load to and from SAP and Legacy systems as required for EDM IT projects

Data profiling of various information systems and data cleanse during acquisition projects

Evaluation of solution architecture options and support of DS/IS upgrades

Configuration and tuning of DS components; including administration support with Basis

Experience needed:
- Work experience in SAP DS/IS configuration, data store connectivity, design and development
- Basic understanding of SAP customer, supplier, material and finance business areas
- Transforms (ex. Query, Validation, Case, Match, Associate, Data Cleanse, Address Cleanse)
- Understanding of SAP IDoc technologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL and background knowledge of database systems
- 8-12 years SAP BODS Design & Development
- Information Steward Experience is a plus
