SAP Basis Developer

SAP Basis DEVELOPER - REMOTE - EUROPE BASED - 2 MONTH INITIAL + WITH HIGH EXTENSION OPPORTUNITY - PHARMA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Join a global S/4HANA transformation programme in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a hands-on, solution-driven role combining Basis administration, development, and Fiori delivery, working with teams across Europe and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy SAP Fiori apps for release
• Provide SAP Basis support (system setup, administration, optimisation)
• Build reports & interfaces using ABAP, CDS Views, BW/4HANA
• Support SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred)
• Deliver integrations with MES, WMS, procurement, banking, tax, and pharma systems
• Work with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData services & APIs
• Support month-end & year-end financial reporting
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and workstream leads

Requirements

• Strong S/4HANA experience (ECC to S/4 highly desirable)
• Proven Fiori development & release experience
• Solid Basis and ABAP development expertise
• Pharma or CDMO experience (essential)
• Experience with system integrations and Middleware
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast-paced environment
