K EY RESPONSIBILITIES: Vendor Management of the SAP hosting partners and in future SAP RISE Point of contact for production SAP Basis incidents and keeping management up-to-date on any outstanding production related issues Analyze the current SAP environment, identify system incompatibilities or shortcomings and provide potential improvements suggestions Monitoring and troubleshooting the SAP systems for health and performance issues Creation of Service Level Reports Batch jobs controlling Transport Management Implementing SAP OSS Notes Manage and support SAP Add-Ons and Support Packages implementation Manage and support SAP Portal related implementations Support of SAP archive link and the d.velop archive solution Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives / tasks of other IT organisationsCollaborate with other expert teamsAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
