SAP Authorization Specialist - Security, IAM | Excellent Home Office Allowance

Our client, a high-quality and innovation-driven MedTech company, is looking for an experienced SAP Authorization Specialist to take the lead on security & authorizations across their entire SAP environment: ERP, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, HANA, SAP Cloud

As a SAP Berechtigungs specialist, you'll take ownership of:

  • Designing, implementing and monitoring SAP authorizations.

  • Managing user & role administration with a quality-driven approach (no role spaghetti, please).

  • Driving the SAP security strategy and IAM concepts, using XAMS (Xiting).

  • Working closely with the internal SAP team, business units and external partners.

  • Supporting SoD, compliance and audit requirements.

  • Handling Incident/Problem/Change Management for authorization topics.

  • Being the go-to person for anything related to SAP authorizations.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Authorization Management (ERP or S/4HANA).

  • Strong command of PFCG, SU24, role design, SoD principles and SAP security fundamentals.

  • Experience with Fiori & SAP Cloud permissions is an advantage.

  • XAMS experience is a big plus.

  • Structured, analytical and quality-focused mindset.

  • German C1, English B2.
