SAP Ariba Sourcing, SLP & Contract Management Lead Consultant

the task will be to lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Contract Management workstreams for a major client engagement in Germany. The consultant will drive solution design, configuration, integration, and go-live activities in close collaboration with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the SAP S/4HANA template and best-practice procurement processes.

Technical Proficiency:

SAP Ariba Sourcing - RFx, Auctions, Award Scenarios
SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) - Supplier Registration, Qualification, Segmentation, Performance
SAP Ariba Contract Management - Contract Workspaces, Templates, Clause Library
SAP S/4HANA Integration - CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), APIs, Middleware
Ariba Network configuration and buyer-supplier connectivity
6-8 years of SAP Ariba and procurement consulting experience

Desired Candidate Attributes:

Proven client-facing experience including workshops, solution design, UAT, go-live, and hypercare
Strong communication and consulting skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders
Fluent German (written and spoken) - essential; strong English also required
Self-starter, able to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment
Experience working on S/4HANA template rollouts or greenfield implementations is a plus

Key Deliverables:

Lead solution design and configuration of SAP Ariba Sourcing, SLP, and Contract Management modules
Define and document integration architecture between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA using CIG, APIs, and Middleware
Facilitate client workshops, blueprint sessions, and requirements gathering
Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
Support UAT, defect resolution, and sign-off activities
Manage go-live readiness and provide hypercare support post-deployment
Ensure solution alignment with SAP S/4HANA template and procurement best practices
