Job Summary:

Seeking a strategic and results-driven SAP Archiving Consultant with deep expertise in Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), Data & Document Archiving, and SAP ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading document migration initiatives during S/4HANA transformations, implementing GDPR-compliant data deletion, and delivering scalable archiving solutions across diverse industries.

Must Have Skills/Knowledge:

• Lead end-to-end SAP ILM and Data Archiving implementations, including OpenText Data Archiving, standard and custom archiving objects, and Print List management.

• Design and execute document migration strategies from legacy SAP Content Servers to modern platforms (e.g., SER DOXIS, MS Azure Cloud, SAP IQ).

• Implement and configure ArchiveLink document types and ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA and other SAP environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate document linkage integrity, ensuring business continuity and audit readiness.

• Develop and deliver technical documentation, user training, and support for new archiving frameworks.

• Analyze SAP table growth, identify archiving opportunities, and optimize database performance using DVM reports.

• Provide expert troubleshooting, job scheduling, and monitoring for archiving processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) through ILM Retention Warehouse and HR data deletion

Preferred Experience Range: 8 to 10 years
