Job Description

Role: SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Location: Wroclaw or Krakow (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP Workbench
  • Customize HR schemas, rules, and wage types to meet business needs
  • Apply OOP principles in ABAP for modular, maintainable code
  • Manage Data Dictionaries and create reports/forms for HR data processing
  • Support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration and Payroll
  • Extract and process data via SQL queries
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement improvements

Mandatory Skills:

  • ABAP Workbench development
  • SAP HCM customization (schemas, rules, wage types)
  • Object-Oriented ABAP
  • Reports, Forms, and Data Dictionaries
  • SQL databases

Nice to Have:

  • SAP Fiori
  • NoSQL databases
  • Azure Databricks/Data Factory
  • Agile (Scaled Agile preferred)
  • GitLab, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
