Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert; contribute to training needs analysis, e learning development, and training assessments.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Systems Training background.
• Passion for delivering true Business change and ability to manage high quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to end users.
• Ability to travel throughout the UK.
