We're excited to present a unique opportunity with a multinational Energy company seeking a Salesforce Architect to drive strategic architecture and solution design across their Salesforce ecosystem. This is more than a role-it's a chance to influence the digital direction of a global enterprise at the forefront of the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Energy & Utilities Cloud.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Provide architectural governance and best practices across multiple Salesforce orgs and integrations.
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust architectural blueprints.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally with certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
- Deep expertise in Energy & Utilities Cloud, including industry-specific data models and processes.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and global project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
