Salesforce System Administrator - Charity | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: South West London (Hybrid, 2 days per month in South West London)
Salary: £52,693 per annum
Contract: 12 months FTC, with a strong possibility of extension or permanent employment.

We're working with a fantastic charitable organisation looking for an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to join their Technology and Digital team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing and improving their Salesforce environment, supporting digital transformation and helping the charity maximise its technology to deliver meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, dashboards, reports, configuration and automation.

  • Manage and improve the NPC environment, working through implementation backlogs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Support and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and NPSP.

  • Manage data quality, integrations, release cycles and system configuration.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise development work and deliver platform enhancements.

  • Provide support and guidance to Salesforce users, helping them get the most from the platform.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years' hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

  • Strong experience with NPC and NPSP - particularly important for this role.

  • Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

  • Hands-on experience with FinDock is essential.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, flows, automation, data management and release management.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-211) is essential.
