Join a fast-growing, well-established global FinTech company of 400+ people as the Salesforce Solutions Manager, where you'll report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and take charge of their Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and technical expertise. You'll work within Salesforce to configure and optimise workflows, build governance processes, and implement best practices while connecting Salesforce with other systems.
What You'll Do
- Own Salesforce Strategy: Work closely with teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions, including lead qualification and progression workflows.
- Build and Automate Workflows: Design workflows using Salesforce builder tools to improve operational efficiency and automate key processes.
- Integrate Systems: Connect Salesforce with outreach tools (e.g., Gong), data enrichment tools, and other business applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Ensure Governance Excellence: Develop best practices for data governance, including field creation, permission management, account unification, and syntax standards.
- Enhance Insights: Use Salesforce add-ons like CPQ and Revenue Intelligence to capture and analyse data, enabling informed decision-making.
- Optimise Metrics: Capture static and dynamic data for compliance, KYC, commission tracking, and more to support business goals.
- Expertise with Salesforce builder workflow automation tools.
- Proven experience building robust data governance processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce add-ons, including CPQ and Revenue Intelligence.
- Exposure to iframe implementation in Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of sales outreach tools and data enrichment platforms integrated with Salesforce.
- FinTech or finance-specific knowledge, especially with metrics like KYC, compliance, and commission tracking.
- A passion for Salesforce-Trailblazer attendance is a bonus!
- Experience working with Gong or similar sales tools.
- Established business: Over 400 employees worldwide, of which about 200 are developers.
- Team Environment: Be one of the founding members of the close-knit UK team.
- Flexibility: Can be fully remote, or hybrid in their London office.
