Job Description

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist to strengthen our global digital capabilities. In this position, you'll act as a key liaison between our digital team and sales organization, helping to improve how we manage leads, opportunities, and reporting across markets.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both technical depth and cross-functional collaboration, and who wants to be part of a company that invests in people, technology, and continuous improvement.


Your responsibilities:

  • Demand Management: You'll be the first point of contact for incoming user requests related to Salesforce Sales Cloud. You'll analyze, reassign, or resolve demands, and lead business qualification meetings to identify scope, clarify requirements, and advance change requests and improvement projects.
  • Release Management: You'll coordinate the scope of new features or system changes within the team. You'll support business stakeholders during testing phases, organize user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure effective communication of release content to key users and the wider user network.
  • Reports & Dashboards: You'll maintain and optimize global reports and dashboards to support sales performance monitoring and decision-making. You'll also help streamline and clean reporting structures in collaboration with the key user network.
  • Training Material & Provision: You'll create, and update documentation and training content related to sales processes in Salesforce. You'll regularly deliver training sessions to key users-and when necessary, to end users-to ensure adoption and understanding of system changes.
  • Key User Management: You'll help build and maintain a strong global key user network. Through regular engagement, you'll foster knowledge sharing, gather feedback, and enable key users to act as local experts and multipliers of best practices
  • User Management: You'll manage the user lifecycle within Sales Cloud-from account creation to permission management-ensuring the right level of access and compliance across the organization.


What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a global B2B context.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (required).
  • Strong understanding of key user management principles and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, reporting, and user management.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages welcome).
  • Proactive mindset, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, MuleSoft, or data migration tools is a plus.
