What'sthe job?

• You'llbe responsible forgathering requirements and conducting workshops with key business stakeholders.
• You'lltranslate business needs into Salesforce solutions and perform necessary data mapping, collaborating with technical teams and business units as needed.
• You'llcustomize, configure, and manipulate Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.
• You'llbe involved in UAT, feature/sprint reviews, and support the adoption ofnew solutions.
• You'llmaintainthe security, integrity, and overall health of the Salesforce platform.
• You'lluphold and recommend Salesforce best practices.
• You'llprovide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-through until resolution.
• You'llproactively recommend new features, improvements, and upgrades tooptimizeour implementation.
• You'lluse customer insights to guide business initiatives.
• You'llensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and effectively applied.
• You'lldeliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, in line with company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.
• You'llhandle all confidential informationin accordance withcompany and partner protocols and procedures.
• You'llmaintainhigh standardsof customer relationship management.
• You'llensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately with all stakeholders.
• You'llcollaborate with and provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group.
• You'llensure all communication aligns with the delivery of our Brand Promise to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• You'llbring proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• You'llideally hold Salesforce Certifications, which are highly regarded.
• You'llhave applied experience, particularly with Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
• You'llpossessstrong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, UI design, and process design.
• Proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment,utilizingproblem solvingskills todeterminebest fit solutions
