Salesforce Field Service Architect - Remote (Netherlands Based)

Location: Remote (Netherlands)

Rate: €75-90 per hour

Length: 6 Months

Working Pattern: Part-time (3 days per week)

Our client is implementing a specialist Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solution and is seeking an experienced FSL Technical/Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise Salesforce Field Service architecture to align with business needs.
• Lead technical workshops and collaborate on solution delivery.
• Configure scheduling, mobile functionality, asset tracking, and integrations.
• Ensure best practices, performance, and scalability across the platform.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect, specialising in FSL.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, scheduling policies, mobile optimisation, and integrations.
• Salesforce Field Service certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
