Job Description

Salesforce Delivery Manager / Project Manager
Contract: 3-6 months
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite - Brighton)
Start: ASAP

We are supporting a growing organisation that has recently completed a successful Salesforce implementation and is now seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead the post-go live phase and transition the platform into a structured continuous improvement model.

This role will focus on optimising Salesforce adoption across commercial teams, managing additional enhancements and integrations, and ensuring the platform delivers long term business value.

Key responsibilities
  • Own post-go live Salesforce delivery, stabilisation and optimisation
  • Manage further enhancements, add ons and complex integrations
  • Establish a continuous improvement framework, including defining super users and feedback processes
  • Improve Salesforce reporting, data quality and insight for senior stakeholders
  • Act as the key interface between business teams, internal technology functions and third party partners
  • Support adoption across Sales, Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions type functions
Key requirements
  • Proven experience delivering and optimising Salesforce platforms in complex organisations
  • Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills in B2C environments
  • Experience working with long, multi stage sales or customer journeys
  • Confident working with data, reporting and multiple data feeds
  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving or constrained data/tech capability
  • Education, training or similarly complex customer driven sectors desirable
