Salesforce Data Consultant

• Data Mapping - Helping wider team with low level data mapping document.
• ETL job build - Building repeatable data jobs using Azure Data Factory to pull data from database (specially created for data load) and import into Salesforce.
• Working with the client's data resources to ensure source database has data in correct format.
• Working with the Salesforce team to align on data load standards.
• Working with other external system SMEs (e.g. SAP) to align on data load standards.
• Data Load - Loading data across dev, UAT and Production environments.
• Triage
  • Documenting data load issues
  • Working with the project team to triage data load failures.
• Travel - A willingness to travel as and when required.

Data Consultant Technical Skills

• 2 + years of experience in either:
  • Salesforce roles involving data load
  • ETL data load roles to other systems

Business Skills

• Communication - good communication skill and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork/Collaboration - team orientated, with experience supporting less experienced members
• Presentation Skills - good ability to share product expertise and business knowledge to audiences of all levels
• Problem Solving - good ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
