Job Description

We are seeking a Business/System Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to support our Agent Experience Team (AET). In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine Epics and User Stories, ensuring alignment with development goals and customer service excellence.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with business teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and epics.
  • Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.


Key Requirements:

  • Location: Based in the Netherlands and willing to work hybrid.
  • Language: Fluent in Dutch.
  • Experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Call Center (CO) operations and processes.
