Are you a self-starting sales pro with a passion for prospecting and booking meetings? Want to be part of a high-growth Salesforce Partner making waves across the UK? My client are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team in Liverpool.

In this role, you'll be the engine driving our outbound pipeline-engaging target businesses, sparking conversations, and creating high-quality opportunities for their Account Executives. This is a solo BDR role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy but wants to be part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold-call target businesses to book discovery calls and generate qualified opportunities
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound email tools for focused prospecting
  • Partner with Account Executives to keep their calendars full
  • Log all activity and outcomes accurately in Salesforce CRM
  • Execute structured email cadences and tailor messaging to your audience
  • Contribute to team learning by sharing what's working (and what's not)

What We're Looking For:

  • A solo operator who enjoys independence but thrives as part of a wider sales team
  • A confident communicator with proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • A resilient self-starter who is target-driven and motivated by results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a BDR/SDR, telesales, or cold calling role is essential

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling technology solutions or professional services
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
