Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Administrator, located in Barcelona. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Flows for process automation.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards.
  • Set up custom objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Build and customize page apps, tabs, list views, and Lightning pages.
  • Configure page layouts, compact layouts, mini-page layouts, and search layouts.
  • Maintain data visibility and permissions to keep data secure.
  • Provide customer support and follow up on Salesforce issues.
  • Document processes and best practices.
  • Load and manage data using tools like Data Loader.
  • Create training materials and user manuals to help users.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure the system works correctly after changes.
  • Monitor and control Salesforce usage limits.
  • Refresh sandboxes regularly for testing purposes.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
  • 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Desire to learn more about Salesforce.


Desirable

  • Experience in software development, data analysis, or IT is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
