Sales Support Specialist (German)

Sales Support Specialist vacancy for our client in the Telco sector.

Your tasks:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Prepare, track and manage quotations, contracts and price lists.
• Maintain and update customer data and records accurately.
• Assist with the quotation and proposal process.
• Act as a link between Sales and internal teams such as Marketing, Product Management and Onboarding.
• Handle customer requests relating to additions, moves and changes, and support complaint coordination.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Completed commercial or business administration apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and think analytically.
• Strong affinity for IT tools and digital systems.
• Language skills: English and German

• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
