Sales Support Associate French + Dutch B1

We are supporting one of our clients in recruiting a Sales Support Associate who will focus on the French and Belgian markets. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing commercial and administrative support to the sales team. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring smooth internal coordination, and contributing to commercial growth in these regions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with French-speaking customers and follow up on requests and actions
• Provide customers with information about products, packaging, promotions, and agreements
• Prepare reports, analyses, and forecasts for accounts in France and Belgium
• Support and document customer meetings and internal meetings
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer data, pricing, and order quantities
• Assist with quotations and share pricing and product information with customers
• Collect market information and analyze competitor activities in France and Belgium
• Coordinate product launches, promotional materials, and sample deliveries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and product data in internal systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry
• Fluent in French (spoken and written); a good knowledge of Dutch for internal and client communication; and a good command of English
• Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge (e.g., Navision) is a plus
• 32-40 hours per week availability
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and process improvement
• Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
• Proactive and solution-focused approach
• Team player with a commercial mindset
