Sales Support & Public Tender Administrator

• Coordinate logistics for order deliveries and ensure smooth execution
• Support the Sales Managers with public tender documents and presentations
• Ensure the team is equipped with marketing materials and resources
• Follow up on invoicing and unpaid accounts
• Be a reliable daily support for the Sales team in their operational tasks

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required; French skills are a plus
• Based in Spain (remote work) or in Vienna (on-site presence)
• Strong account management skills and a genuine "customer-first" attitude
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management, and prioritization abilities
• Experience with public tenders (preferred)
• Background in the medical field and experience with Salesforce are a plus
• Empathetic, collaborative personality with a strong team spirit

• Full-time position (minimum 80% remote work, occasional travel for events within Western Europe)
