We are looking for an experienced New Business, Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to help us grow our business by tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business. You will strategically target companies and prospective buyers to identify their goals, objectives, and pain points that will help you position our solutions. Rotterdam, Full-time, ASAP Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities Manage the sales process end to end, keeping close track of progress at each stage To support our growth ambitions, we believe the following characteristics and experience will help you succeed as an Account Executive: 2-5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional in a B2B, consultative sales environment Experience within SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing Technology, digital marketing, or agency environments is preferred Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate needs into commercial solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch Experience with recruitment marketing or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus, but not a requirement Flexible vacation days - we will not define a specific number, though a fair-usage approach applies to keep all team members, partners, and our customers happy!
