What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to inbound calls in Portuguese or Spanish, offering helpful and friendly support.
• Assist with hotel bookings, reservations, and general travel inquiries.
• Quickly resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share information about hotels, resorts, and vacation experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns and improve service.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (C1 level), plus strong English skills (C1).
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Organized, detail-focused, and reliable.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
