Job Description

In the role of Sales Representative for this rapidly growing multinational manufacturer of natural ingredients you will have the opportunity to contribute to the health of individuals.


Our customers are nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and food companies that are based in the United States and Canada. You will be the first point of contact of your designated accounts and responsible for your customer base. You are driven and work in a structured manner. Your will have various tasks including sales, project management, making calculations, issuing customer offers, learning and transferring knowledge on benefits botanicals can deliver.


You will work alongside enthusiastic colleagues split in 4 teams: Europe, Asia, US & Canada, and Feed. It's a multicultural group of people.


Below you have the tasks related to this role:


Stablish and maintain strong business relationship with customers becoming their go-to expert for botanicals

Project management from customer's project inception to sales closure

Continuous collection of information about the market and market trends

Issue reports (market, market trends, meetings with customers, etc)


Business Development

Online market research (customer, potential customers, products, etc)

Grow revenue onboarding new customers


Sales

You are the first point of contact to your customers

Handle designated existing accounts (make and negotiate price offers, collect orders, respond to customer requests, etc)

Secure revenue streams of existing accounts

Grow revenue within existing accounts

Keep updated rolling forecast and projects in the pipeline


Education: undergraduate or just-graduated.

Professional experience: +1 year similar position.

IT skills: MSOffice

Languages: English (fluent) and Spanish

Soft skills: active listening, creativity, clear communication, organization, empathy, perseverance, risk management, problem solving critical thinking.
