- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and service.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
- Educate customers on LPG products, usage, safety, and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Matric certificate (Grade 12); tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the LPG, gas, or energy sector.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of LPG products and safety regulations is a plus.
