We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 90 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.

We're looking for two motivated and analytical graduates to join our Sales Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll work on high-impact projects that improve how we support our sales teams, using data to identify insights, solve problems, and drive better business decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced commercial environment while developing valuable analytical and project management skills.
What you'll do- Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the delivery of key Sales Operations projects from planning through to implementation.
- Build reports and dashboards to help inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and other business functions.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to a range of audiences.
- Help improve processes and identify efficiencies through data driven analysis.
- A recent graduate (or graduating this year) with a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data and spreadsheets (Excel essential; experience with Power BI or similar is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Work on meaningful projects with real business impact.
- Develop practical experience in data analysis, project delivery, and commercial operations.
