About Viator

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is the leading marketplace for travel experiences. We're on a mission to bring more wonder to the world, and we believe that making memories is what travel is all about. And with 300,000+ travel experiences to explore-everything from cultural tours to extreme adventures (and all the niche, interesting and fun stuff in between)-making memories that will last a lifetime has never been easier. Viator. One app, 300,000+ travel experiences you'll remember.

As a Sales Operations Manager on our B2B Strategy & Ops team, you'll be the connective tissue between our systems, data, and sales execution. You'll own Salesforce as a core platform - building workflows, reports, and dashboards that keep our partner teams informed, efficient, and aligned. This role blends hands-on Salesforce ownership with broader BizOps responsibilities, including data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution.

You'll partner closely with account teams, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to surface insights, improve how we track performance, and drive operational improvements. You'll work directly in Salesforce to handle day-to-day configuration, while also collaborating with our R&D team on larger platform enhancements. You'll act as a force-multiplier - solving root-cause problems, designing scalable processes, and ensuring the tools we use reflect how the business actually runs.

This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts systems builder, data obsessed, and strategic problem solver - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, sees around corners, and takes ownership from insight to execution.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage Salesforce as a daily operating system for our account teams - maintaining workflows, data integrity, and reporting structure
  • Make targeted configuration updates (e.g., fields, flows, reports) directly, and build strong business cases for larger changes in collaboration with Salesforce admins and developers.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Salesforce that track performance, pacing, and key metrics - enabling fast, data-informed decisions across Sales and Leadership.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify gaps, trends, or inefficiencies - and turn those insights into process changes or new tooling that drives impact.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects that improve how we operate - from refining forecasting to shaping how we evaluate our B2B customers
  • Prepare and deliver materials for QBRs, performance reviews, and executive-level reporting - helping translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Serve as a hands-on resource to account teams - offering real-time troubleshooting, systems coaching, and documentation that improves day-to-day execution.

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years in Sales Operations, BizOps, or Strategy roles, preferably in B2B environments and/or marketplace exposure.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience - including reporting, object/field management, workflow configuration, and cross-team coordination with R&D
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel- comfortable building dashboards and performing ad hoc analysis to support operational decision-making.
  • A structured thinker with a consultant's approach to problem-solving - skilled at breaking down complex challenges, prioritizing solutions, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading operational initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, or Finance functions.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator - able to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver actionable outcomes
