Sales Operations Lead

We are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organisation. You will be responsible foroptimising sales processes, implementing data-driven decision-making, and supporting revenue growth strategies. This role is critical in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the right tools, insights, and processes to drive performance.
Role Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimisation: Streamline sales workflows, improve pipeline management, and enhance operational efficiencies
CRM & Systems Management: Administer and optimise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support the sales team and ensure data accuracy
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, analyse sales performance metrics, and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
Sales Enablement: Ensure sales teams have the necessary training, collateral, and technology to maximise productivity
Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Improve sales forecasting accuracy by implementing best practices in data analysis and reporting
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
Compensation & Incentives: Assist in designing and managing sales commission structures to drive performance
Role Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking risks, experimenting, and iterating in a fast-paced environment.
Strong bias for action with the ability to take an idea from concept to launch, navigating complexity and ambiguity along the way.
