Job Description: Sales Operations
Sales Operations for Managed Service IT Solutions & Commercial Projects
We are a boutique consultancy firm focused on improving the gross profit of SMEs. Our core focus lies in Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Procurement. We achieve this through traditional consultancy projects and by enhancing Data and Digital Tools (e.g., CRM and tooling). At Impulssum, we strive for lasting impact by delivering data-driven and customer-focused strategic advice. We combine a top-tier management consulting approach with a strong emphasis on pragmatic customer-centric improvements. We operate both at the C-level to define strategic direction and at the operational level to make things happen.
In Q1 2025, we launched Impulssum Digital, a Managed Service IT provider supporting SMEs in the digitization of their commercial processes to generate more revenue with their existing teams. We provide support in four key areas:
Technical Enablement: A helpdesk to ensure our clients are assisted quickly and effectively. We also proactively monitor processes to prevent issues and assist with new tool implementations.
User Acceptance: Supporting our clients' employees in using their commercial systems and tools optimally. This includes training and data insights to identify areas where tool usage can improve.
Business Steering: Setting up and managing commercial dashboards. These dashboards help our clients steer their businesses in the right direction. Additionally, we provide advice on areas where performance can be improved.
Innovation: As experts in the field of digital commercial activities, we know which tools can help optimize the process of our customers further. We help them to identify additional use cases and selecting the right tools to take the next step.
This makes us the one-stop-shop partner supporting our clients in optimizing their commercial performance through digitization.
Currently, we are a team of 7 FTEs based in our Amsterdam office, located near Amsterdam Central Station, and we are looking to strengthen our team.

For this specific role, we are looking for someone with initial experience in sales operations and an interest in becoming the core of our sales organization. You enjoy processes, focus on quality, and take your responsibilities as the lynchpin of the team seriously. Additionally, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and, for example, take the initiative to help boost our sales.
At Impulssum, we believe in optimizing commercial performance through digitization. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in managing and improving our sales processes. You ensure that our sales activities run smoothly, our tools are utilized optimally, and our data enables strategic decision-making. Your role is essential in achieving our ambition as a one-stop-shop partner for commercial digitization.

You will be the main person working in these tools and optimizing our use of these
