Sales Operations & Enablement Manager

We're partnering with a leading global technology company that is looking to hire an experienced Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across Europe, with a particular focus on the German market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how sales teams operate, using data to drive decisions, and working across multiple stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
The RoleYou'll work closely with commercial, operations and regional leadership teams to improve sales processes, enable new go-to-market initiatives and support business development activities across Europe.
This is a highly cross-functional position where you'll help transform strategy into scalable processes, tools and enablement programmes.
What You'll Be Doing- Design and improve sales processes and operating models
- Develop sales playbooks, documentation and best practice guides
- Analyse pipeline performance and provide actionable business insights
- Support seller acquisition and go-to-market initiatives across the German market
- Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics and Operations teams across Europe
- Deliver enablement programmes, onboarding and training materials
- Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through to implementation
- Experience within Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations or Go-to-Market Strategy
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to improve business performance
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who enjoys working across international teams
- Previous experience supporting Business Development or commercial teams is highly desirable
- Experience within a technology, SaaS, marketplace or eCommerce environment
- Exposure to European or international commercial teams
- Knowledge of sales enablement platforms or Learning Management Systems
- Experience with tools such as Clay, Outreach or similar platforms
