- Comp Structure: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses.
- Earning Potential: Average Year 1: €47k+ Average Year 2: €68k+.
- The Details: Commission paid monthly (no caps). Base salary DOE (early-to-mid thirties range).
