Job Description
Job title: Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid, London-based (2 days/week onsite)

What will you be doing?
- Leading a high-performing team of Technical Sales Engineers
- Overseeing large-scale global deals
- Developing sales strategy to engage top-tier shipowners and managers
- Owning the commercial proposal lifecycle and key client relationships
- Supporting a 12-month deal cycle with complex marine clients
Are you the ideal candidate?
- 5-10 years' sales experience in maritime or marine technology
- Strong management/leadership skills
- A maritime technical background/education (marine/naval/electrical)
- Commercially astute with a proven track record in high-value B2B sales
- Confident communicator capable of influencing global stakeholders
- Bonus if you have maritime sustainable tech knowledge
